Directions: Shake well before use. This product is highly concentrated with nothing added and has a very strong taste. As a dietary supplement take 1/4 teaspoon (1.23 mL) 2 or 3 times daily mixed with juice or food to mask the concentrated mineral flavor or as directed by a health care professional. Larger amounts may have laxative effect on some individuals.
May be used to remineralize distilled or deionized water by adding 1/2 to 1 teaspoon per gallon. At 1 teaspoon per gallon, one bottle will remineralize 48 gallons, and provide the taste of expensive mineral water.
