Domestic Orders:
Every order exceeding $100 is eligible for free standard shipping. This includes ground service within the contiguous 48 states only. This option must be selected from the shipping dropdown menu on the checkout page. If a paid shipping option is selected instead of the free shipping options, shipping cannot be refunded.
There are no minimum order requirements; however, orders under $100.00 pay a shipping fee that is calculated during checkout based on location, weight, and size.
We typically ship via US Postal Service or UPS (United Parcel Service). For orders over $100, we reserve the right to choose which shipping service will be used based on package weight, ship zone, freight charges, and speed of delivery.
For faster service, we kindly request you provide a street address with each order, whenever possible.
Alaska, Hawaii & U.S. Territories:
For shipments outside the contiguous 48 please call for actual shipping charges. Expedited Air Service to these territories is recommended through USPS Priority Service for additional fees. Please call 800-645-9909 to place your order if you require expedited shipping.

International Orders:
Currently, our website does not support export shipments. Please call to place your international order. Appropriate shipping charges will apply and the customer is responsible for all customs fees, duties, and tariffs as well as local customs regulations.
